Since 2004 I have strived to represent scientific research on art research projects in both arts and science forums, through the course of my PhD candidature working with the Synapse-funded project Audio Nomad. I believe it's vital to represent and raise understanding, in both fields, of the kind of scientific research that can occur in a successful art/science collaboration.

My research is on perceptual evaluation of mobile audio augmented reality, based on Audio Nomad artworks. I also develop audio software, practice surround sound (ambisonic) field recording and produce both studio works and live sound performance using this material.
