Empyrean is an artistic interpretation of pre-colonised electronically constructed space utilising Internet and Virtual Reality Visualisation technologies, based in sociological and scientic enquiries into how we approach the unknown. Empyrean strips the usual markers of horizon and direction from the scape, precluding "realistic" representation and textual interactions from the worlds so users must find other ways to interact.
